Yes, large objects such as comforters, bathmats, pillows, dog beds, etc. are an extra $8.00 per item in addition to the $1.35 per pound.

We have a pristine record of this not being an issue. However, your laundry is always tagged, lept together, always separated from other orders. We wash in cold water, separate from other items, wash and dry in normal heat settings, and there is no part of our laundering process that is unique to what you would do at home that would cause damage or loss. However, if items are lost or damaged, you are protected under our garment protection plan up to $40.00 per garment and $200.00 per order.
